the staff were friendly and provided great service, even accommodating our vegan diet. the balcony area was a nice place to hang out. the location was good, with easy access to the nearby forest trails and beaches.

The lack of facilities such as karaoke and casinos made the stay less enjoyable for us.

During my stay in this hotel, I was impressed by the staff's hospitality and how they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was superb, and they had excellent facilities, including a shared balcony area. The hotel's location was convenient for me to access tourist attractions such as Parque Estadual Serra do Mar. Additionally, I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, and they provided me with everything I needed, including vegan milk for breakfast.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel had a great location, really close to the beach, which was perfect for us to enjoy the sun and sand during our Christmas vacation. Moreover, the room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

We were disappointed with the lack of Christmas decorations or any holiday spirit. We expected more festive decor and some activities to celebrate the holiday. Also, the breakfast was basic and not very tasty. We were hoping for more options and variety. the lack of holiday spirit and average breakfast left a lot to be desired.

What an amazing romantic escape we had! The comfort of the beds and the cleanliness of the rooms really helped us relax and enjoy our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of having a small kitchenette in our room, which made it easy to prepare snacks and drinks. The location was perfect, as we were close to everything we needed but away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Honestly, we couldn't find anything to complain about. The staff was super welcoming and made us feel right at home.
